09   FAQ

Frequently
asked questions.

What do you monitor?

People and companies are checked against supported sanctions sources. The coverage page lists the exact sources and their freshness. List screening is not a complete assessment of ownership, trade restrictions or every applicable sanctions rule.

What does a potential match mean?

A record may resemble the person or company you checked. It is a signal for review, not proof of identity or a final legal conclusion.

How are credits used?

Usage depends on the plan, the number of monitored entities and the selected frequency. The final charging rules and estimated usage must be shown before monitoring is activated.

What happens when my credits run out?

Monitoring availability must be shown explicitly. Low-balance warnings and interruption notices should make it clear when checks are no longer being performed. The final service policy will be stated in the plan terms.

Does this replace legal advice?

No. Screening provides source-linked information to support your review. It does not certify compliance or replace an assessment of the rules applicable to your business.
